A evolu\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser ilustrada pelo bolo de anivers\u00e1rio: na economia agr\u00e1ria, faziam-se bolos do zero; na industrial, usavam-se misturas prontas; na de servi\u00e7os, encomendavam-se bolos; e, na economia da experi\u00eancia, terceiriza-se toda a festa.<\/p>\n<p>A Economia da Experi\u00eancia foca na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de experi\u00eancias envolventes, indo al\u00e9m da simples presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, e evolui para a Economia da Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, que visa mudan\u00e7as profundas na vida dos clientes. As empresas est\u00e3o cada vez mais projetando e promovendo experi\u00eancias para atender a essa demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Um exemplo \u00e9 a IBM, que na d\u00e9cada de 1960 oferecia servi\u00e7os gratuitamente com a compra de hardware.
